Finnegan is a curious little fella with a bright mind. He checks out everything and doesn't miss much. It's fun to watch him study something new to him, trying to figure it out. This boy could really shine with some additional positive reinforcement training. He knows a thing or two already; he does a great Sit and is crate trained and solidly housetrained. He will bark to let you know he needs to go!

Finn is in his prime and active at 7yo; he loves going for walks or runs and playing tug o war. He really loves car rides! He makes a great snuggle buddy, too. Finn is good with other dogs. He is very tolerant of children and doesn't mind being hugged, but he tends to get overenthusiastic about chasing them during excited play. A home with older  children or no children would be best for him.  

Finn's breed mix has been the topic of several discussions. Based on both looks and personality, we have settled on Lhasa-Poo, heavy on the Lhasa Apso. :) 

All dogs receive a rabies vaccine, distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE. If old enough, dogs are tested for Heartworms and treated by CARE if positive. A completed adoption application and home visit are required to adopt a dog. We do adopt out of state.
