Delilah is a purebred White German Shepherd. She is 2.5 years old and very loving. She has a beautiful, soft coat and a very happy personality. She would love to be an inside companion, but would also like to have room to run. Delilah gets along well with cats, dogs big and small, children and adults (she is a little scared of men). If you feel you could provide Delilah with a loving permanent home, please email me directly. She is a devoted companion by nature.

Please note that Delilah is heartworm positive and will be treated for heartworms as part of her care while under our organization. She cannot be treated until at least 2 months after her spay. She will then need to be kept current on her monthly heartworm prevention as you would with any other dog.

Delilah has had her first dose of heartworm treatment (mid-Jan 2005). She will be given the second dose mid-Feb. 2005. She will travel to her new home March 5th. For all who have inquired about her and kept up with her progress - thank you! Her long, hard battle to achieve a new loving life without health concerns is coming to close and a new door is opening for her. Please pray for her and her new family as they travel down the road of life together.
