Dasher was playing in traffic on Gervais St. when he was clipped by a car and rolled. Lucky for him, he walked away with only minor scrapes and was taken to a Vet by a witness. And, lucky for whomever gets to adopt this super boy! Dasher has a wonderful perky temperament that is fun but not hyper. He loves to play with dogs of all sizes, even the bouncy ones, and he also likes to play with cats. Dasher is also fond of the 7 year old boy in his foster home. True to his Chihuahua genes, Dasher loves to burrow under blankets and can cover himself up without help. He's cuddly and sweet and has a prance in his step!

Dasher is crate trained and sleeps quietly in his crate through the night. He has had no accidents in his foster home after marking once when he first got there. He's not quite sure of the whole leash thing so that needs a little work. Dash to your email now and send in your application to make Dasher yours!    

All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE. If adopted before he is neutered, adopter must be close enough to bring him back to Columbia, SC to be neutered by CARE's Veterinarian.
